Mr. David Boone is very knowledgeable in Estate Planning. His assistant Caryn is also very knowledgeable and helpful. They make planning for the future straight forward and understandable. We were pleased with the level of legal details and jargon on estate planning. David Boone provided examples of what happens to our estate per the different types of legal agreements available. Thus, we retained David Boone and Associates for a very reasonable fee to establish a revocable trust along with POA (Power of Attorney) for health and financial matters to our children. Now we (Ann and Mike) have estate wills in place to keep our home, bank accounts, investments and personal property out of court should either one of us pass on, as well as leaving the remainder of our estate to our children. Irene was mentally alert when she died at 100 years old, but was totally deaf during the last few years of her life. Estate planning seemed overwhelming so we put if off for a long time. We heard David speak at an AARP seminar years ago. We were impressed with his knowledge, sincerity, and down-to-earth demeanor. I kept all of the information he provided along with my notes. When we decided we couldn’t put off estate planning any longer, David was the first person we thought of.
